Lets Jess Do It Wins Flying Breed Stakes on Louisiana Showcase Night

VINTON, LA—JULY 12, 2014—In other stakes activity on Louisiana Showcase Night, the $50,000 Flying Breed Stakes was annexed by Lets Jess Do It, who had jockey David Alvarez along for the ride.

Lets Jess Do It is trained by Bobby Martinez and is owned by Noe E. Pena. Easy Acers Performance Horses bred the gray FIRST PRIZE PERRY gelding from the Separatist mare Lets Separate. He picked up $30,000 to bring his bankroll to $133,320.

Eric Johnson's Jess Good Lookin earned $10,000 for his second place effort. Heath Taylor conditions the 3-year-old. Live Oak Farms is the breeder and John Hamilton had the riding call.

Stakes-placed The Notradamus finished third for owner George Del Fierro. Rodolfo Sanchez trains the 5-year-old. Bred by Jorge Meraz The Notradamus earned $5,500 for his effort.

Pm Runway Dash, First Dashin Perry, Kin Daddy Dove, Heza Fast Rogue and One Swift Game completed the field.
